Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to love what you order from Craftrivia. If something is not right, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.

Overview
Our return window is 30 days from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging, with any tags or seals intact.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that cannot be returned
- Perishable goods and personal-care items that have been opened or used.
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or final-sale items, where marked.
How to start a return
Email Info@craftrivia.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we cover the cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, email Info@craftrivia.com and we will guide you through it.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right at no cost to you.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund you were expecting, first check with your bank or card provider, as processing times vary. If you have done this and still have not received it, contact us at Info@craftrivia.com.
